Search for your home with MHB.  We keep $1,000 and give the rest of the 3% commission back to you.

When you buy a home through Madison Home Broker, we pay MHB Trades to make improvements to your home.  After years of working with buyers, we know there’s always a few things that need to be changed or updated as soon as you move in.

Here’s how it works:

1. We help you find the right home.
2. We help you negotiate an acceptable contract.
3. We help you make it through the contract execution and closing.
4. When the sale is complete, we keep $1,000 of our commission (typically 3%) and you receive the rest as credit towards MHB Trades labor or Signature Products.

Here’s an example:  $200,000 purchase price = $6,000 Commission, Madison Home Broker keeps $1,000, you get $5,000 to make your new home feel even more perfect.
