Broker / Owner

Dan graduated from Madison Area Technical College with an associate’s degree in marketing along with a minor in real estate. He has six plus years of sales / negotiation experience and has 4+ years experience in the building trades. Dan has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and a real estate broker since 2008. Dan started Madison Home Broker in January of 2009 and partnered with Jess and Mark to start MHB Trades a few months later.

Dan and his wife, Kristen, reside in Fitchburg with their dog Barry. When Dan is not out working hard for his clients some of his favorite activities include: Triathlons, volleyball, basketball, biking, hiking, camping, and of course Badger sporting events.

Realtor / Owner

Kristen graduated from University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in sales and marketing along with a minor in communications / graphic arts.

Kristen has been a licensed Realtor since 2010.

Broker Associate

Dan graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance. Dan has five plus years of experience with real estate investments and real estate management. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2007.

Dan and his wife, Kelli, reside in Sun Prairie.

Inspector / Mascot / Security

Last, but definitely not least, is Barry Augustus. Barry did not graduate from anywhere, and he does not have a professional license or designation but has months of supervision experience. He currently assists full-time at MHB with a variety of tasks, including his quarterly article in the newsletter. Barry has a gift for picking out a house with good bones and knows how to sniff out any potential problems.
