Prep to Sell gives you the tools to maximize your homes sale potential.The key is to be proactive updating your home, but there are always a few last minute improvements that will have a drastic impact.Improving your home improves your product, it improves your marketability, it improves buyer traffic, and it will improve your bottom line when you sell.Madison Home Broker offers three different levels of Prep to Sell. Pick one that’s right for you or combine a mix of all three to fit your specific needs.

• Level 1 - We walk through your home with you, talk to you about the improvements, provide a list of “to do’s,” you handle the rest.
• Level 2 - We walk through your home with you, talk to you about the improvements, provide a list of “to do’s,” we return for 1/2 day – 2 days to help you complete the projects. Our help includes experienced advice, contractor discounts on materials, and a full set of professional tools.
• Level 3 - We walk through your home with you, talk to you about the improvements, provide a list of “to do’s,” then MHB Trades steps in and professionally completes all of the work. *Madison Home Broker gives you $1500 back at closing.
